Terms of Service
Last updated 2 August 2026
These terms govern your use of Isle Stay, a hosting platform operated by Isle Network. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Your account
- You must be 18 or over and able to enter a contract.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us promptly at support@islestay.app if you think someone else has access.
- If you invite colleagues, you are responsible for what they do in your workspace.
2. Your content is yours
Listings, photographs, descriptions, guest records and everything else you put into Isle Stay remain yours. You grant us only the licence we need to host, display and back up that content in order to run the service for you — nothing more. We do not use your content to promote other businesses, and we do not use it to train AI models.
You are responsible for having the right to publish what you upload, including photographs, and for the accuracy of what you say about a property.
3. What you agree not to do
- List a property you have no right to let or sell.
- Publish anything false, misleading, unlawful or discriminatory.
- Send unsolicited bulk messages to guests, or import lists that did not opt in.
- Attempt to reach another workspace’s data, or probe the service’s security without our written permission.
- Resell or white-label the platform without an agreement that permits it.
4. Guest bookings and payments
Isle Stay is a tool you use to run your business. The agreement for a stay, a viewing or a sale is between you and your guest or buyer — we are not a party to it, not an agent for either side, and not a payment processor.
Where payment features exist, they record what you tell us and, where a gateway is connected, pass the guest to that provider. Money does not flow through Isle Stay. You are responsible for your own taxes, licensing, permits and compliance with local short-term rental rules.
5. AI features
Pricing suggestions, generated copy and draft replies are suggestions. They can be wrong. You are expected to read them before you publish or send them, and you remain responsible for everything that goes out under your name. Pricing suggestions are not valuations, financial advice or an appraisal.
AI use is metered against a monthly allowance shown in your account. We may adjust allowances with notice.
6. Connected services
Connecting Google Calendar, a booking platform’s calendar feed or any other third-party service is your choice, and your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or for what they do with the data you have shared with them directly.
Calendar sync is a convenience, not a guarantee. Feeds can lag, break or be incomplete, and the double-booking warning is a safety net rather than a promise. Confirm important dates against the source platform.
7. Plans, billing and cancellation
- Plans and their limits are described in the product at the time you subscribe.
- You may request a change or cancellation from Billing in your hub. Cancellation stops future charges; we do not refund periods already served unless the law requires it.
- Before you close an account, export what you need. We delete workspace data within 30 days of closure.
- If we change pricing, existing subscribers get at least 30 days’ notice by email.
8. Availability
We work to keep Isle Stay running and back it up daily, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may take it down for maintenance and will give notice when we can.
9. Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or that puts other customers at risk. Except where the breach is serious or urgent, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.
10. Liability
Isle Stay is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost bookings, lost data or indirect losses, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury or fraud, and nothing removes rights you may have as a consumer under the law of your own country.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will email account holders at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Barbados, and the courts of Barbados have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you keep the protection of your local mandatory law.
